Battery technology is constantly improving and the cells used in portable power equipment (drill packs, etc.) gain in capacity as battery cell manufacturers continue to make changes in the cells to make them smaller with more power. We only use the best quality, new, fresh factory cells for our rebuilds. Almost always these newer cells have almost 20% - 100% more capacity and useable power. We are pleased to warranty our rebuilds for a period of 90 Days against our workmanship, battery performance, or factory defect.

A) Safely package your battery pack to be rebuilt in a suitable container, enclose a note on what you want done, and ship it to us by USPS, UPS, FEDEX, DHL, Camel, Pack Mule, whatever method you choose.
B) Arrange for payment for the pack(s) to be rebuilt, i.e.; Money Order, Call us with your Credit Card Number. We do accept personal checks, however they must clear our bank first (sorry) before we can ship you back your battery pack. We also accept Company Purchase Orders with approved company and reference information.
C) We receive your package with your battery pack and we examine it for excess damage or if we see a problem which we cannot solve, we will call or email you if you provide us that information. Otherwise we will have your drill pack rebuilt or other tool battery pack with the appropriate higher grade cells and ship it back to you "Fully Charged" and ready to go to work. We usually ship 3-5 business days, (not counting weekends) from receiving your battery pack. Its That Simple!
