Robot and Controller Batteries and Battery Packs

Battery Clinic is pleased to offer robot battery and battery pack rebuilds. Why pay for new robotic batteries for your robots and robot controllers when you can have them rebuilt? Using your current hardware and you save up to 200% off the cost of new batteries. We use medical grade cells for the rebuilds which are very high quality and usually have a longer runtime than the OEM batteries. Assuring you have proper and sufficient backup when maintenance or power failure occurs is of premium importance.

The process usually follows this pattern. You send us one of your used or spent batteries, and we disassemble it/them and then we quote you on your battery or rebuild cost. Then you inform us if we can be of service to you. Most orders are received, rebuilt, and shipped out within 5-7 business days after receipt of your batteries to be rebuilt. Most connectors are specialized for the OEM, so we usually reuse your original connectors.

We would count it a privilege to serve you and your battery replacement needs. We are honored to serve several large corporations who currently use our rebuild service for their robotic battery equipment needs. You are not limited by quantity. We can rebuild just 1 battery or 1000, whatever your need. Most of our clients operate on a maintenance schedule and we do our best to handle the quantity of batteries they need as they need them. If we know far enough in advance, we can even have the packs built and ready to assemble as soon as they arrive in order to speed up the process.
