Warranty: Battery Clinic Inc. batteries carry a limited warranty against defective parts and labor.
- Lead-Acid batteries - 16 months full (*some exceptions, wheelchairs, scooters, x-ray, etc.)
- Medical Ni-Cad packs - 16 months full
- Hawker lead-acid - 12 months full
- Cables & Harnesses - 90 days
- Non-rechargeable - All non-rechargeable batteries will be free from defects and will perform at rated capacity at time of delivery.
All other Battery Clinic Inc. products warranted as noted.
Terms: Net 30 days from date of invoice. 1-1/2% Net 10, 1% Net 15
Delivery and Transportation: We try to ship all orders the same day they are received. In order to facilitate this process, we ask that you place your orders by 2:00 p.m. for next day orders. All orders shipped UPS Ground unless specified otherwise.
Pricing: All orders are shipped based on the prices prevailing at the time the order is placed. Prices are subject to change.
Shortages and Errors: We must be notified immediately if there is a problem with your order. All claims must be received within three (3) days of receipt of order.
Credits and Exchanges: The satisfaction of our customers is our primary goal. If, for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you receive, contact us and we will give you a RGA, Return Goods Authorization number. We cannot accept any returns without prior authorization.
Used Battery Disposal: Please call us for information and instructions.

The accuracy or completeness thereof is not guaranteed, and the following is made in lieu of all warranties, expressed or implied. Seller and Manufacturer’s only obligation shall be to replace such quantity of the product proved to be defective. Neither seller nor manufacturer shall be liable for any injury, loss or damage, direct or consequential, arising out of the use of or the inability to use the product. Before installation, installer assumes all risk and liability whatsoever in connection therewith. No statement or recommendation not contained herein shall have any force or effect unless in an agreement signed by a representative of seller or manufacturer.
